Service fees, payment schedules, and accepted methods are outlined in your order documents. Work may begin after the required payment is received. Delayed payments may pause project progress.
Revision rounds are limited to the scope stated in your package or agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and updated timelines.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, you retain ownership of your manuscript and finished book content upon full payment. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, processes, and marketing materials. Until full payment is completed, deliverables may remain licensed for review only.
We treat client manuscripts and project details as confidential. Where required, we may execute a non-disclosure agreement before work begins.
Estimated timelines depend on project complexity, client response times, and third-party platforms. Dates are approximate and may change if feedback or materials are delayed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Publishing Plateau is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
We provide professional publishing support, but we do not guarantee sales, rankings, awards, or specific commercial outcomes.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
