Because our services involve custom creative and professional work, refunds are evaluated based on project stage, deliverables completed, and the terms in your service agreement.

2. Eligibility

A refund request may be considered if:

• Work has not yet started after payment
• We are unable to begin or continue the agreed service for reasons within our control
• A billing error or duplicate charge has occurred

3. Partial Refunds

If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on completed milestones (such as outlining, drafting, editing rounds, design concepts, or publishing setup). Fees for completed work are generally non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are typically not available when:

• Deliverables have been completed and approved
• Delays are caused by missing client feedback, files, or approvals
• The client changes project scope after work has started
• Third-party platform fees, ads spend, ISBN costs, or print costs have already been incurred

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

7. Cancellations
